01. The Proxy Engine

snapit is a high-performance extraction utility. We provide a transient proxy service that allows users to fetch and archive media from supported platforms. By using our service, you acknowledge that snapit acts as a neutral technical intermediary.

02. Fair Use Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you extract. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to archive the media. snapit does not host, index, or represent any of the underlying media content.

03. Industrial Constraints

To maintain system integrity, we enforce automated rate limiting. Attempting to bypass these constraints through bulk scraping or botting is prohibited. We reserve the right to block specific IP ranges to protect our infrastructure.

04. Transaction Ledger

All extractions are logged in our internal **Transaction Ledger**. This audit trail includes metadata such as IP Geolocation, device headers, and performance metrics. These logs are used exclusively for scaling, fraud detection, and system optimization.
